There are no planned office closures for May 2012. We are planning a brief family trip from June 14 to 17, 2012, and in late September 2012.
If you have a matter that cannot wait and the office is not open, then you may reach the answering service by calling my office number. I will try to answer these calls in 24 hours. If you have an emergency, then you must call 911. If you have an urgent medical matter that requires an office visit, then you will need to visit an Urgent Care facility in your area: in Corvallis it is located at 5232 SW Philomath Blvd, 541-768-4970; in Albany, it is at 1700 Geary St. SE, 541-812-5500.
