UPDATED OFFICE HOURS FOR VACATIONS & CME

Planned office closures are as follows:

1) Monday, December 26, 2011 for observance of Christmas

2) Monday January 2, 2012 for observance of New Years Day

3) Wednesday February 22, 2012 through Monday morning February 27, 2012 for Continuing Medical Education and family matters.

If you have a matter that cannot wait and the office is not open, then you may reach the answering service by calling my office number. I will try to answer these calls in 24 hours. If you have an emergency, then you must call 911. If you have an urgent medical matter that requires an office visit, then you will need to visit an Urgent Care facility in your area: in Corvallis it is located at 5232 SW Philomath Blvd, 541-768-4970; in Albany, it is at 1700 Geary St. SE, 541-812-5500.
