We will not have regular office hours on Thanksgiving and the Friday following, November 28 and 29, 2013.  The office will be open until noon on December 24, 2013 and will reopen on December 26, 2013.  
We will be closing the office at 4 pm on Monday December 30, 2014.  We are working to find a new practitioner for this office as of January 2014.

If you have a matter that cannot wait and the office is not open, then you may reach the answering service by calling my office number. I will try to answer these calls in 24 hours. If you have an emergency, then you must call 911. If you have an urgent medical matter that requires an office visit after regular office hours, then you will need to visit an Urgent Care facility in your area: in Corvallis it is located at 5232 SW Philomath Blvd, 541-768-4970; in Albany, it is at 1700 Geary St. SE, 541-812-5500.
